Dengan ini kami menginformasikan bahwa Balai Pengobatan (BP) Unpar yang beralamat di Jl. Menjangan No.14 Bandung telah berubah menjadi Klinik Pratama Unpar dan mulai bulan Agustus 2017 sudah dapat memberikan pelayanan JKN-BPJS Kesehatan.
Sedangkan rujukan Fasilitas Kesehatan tingkat II BPJS Kesehatan yang dapat diberikan oleh Klinik Pratama Unpar adalah :
- Rumah Sakit Angkatan Udara dr. M. Salamun (Jl. Ciumbuleuit No.203 Bandung)
- Rumah Sakit Advent (Jl. Cihampelas No.161 Bandung)
Bagi Rama /Bapak / Ibu yang akan merubah Faskes Tingkat I BPJS Kesehatan menjadi Klinik Pratama Unpar saat ini sudah dapat dilakukan (sesuai dengan prosedur yang telah ditetapkan).
