- Pengelolaan sumber daya manusia berbasis kompetensi memerlukan suatu proses assessment yang mampu memberikan informasi kekuatan dan kelemahan kompetensi pegawai.
- Assessment ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi para pegawai dalam menjalankan pekerjaan saat ini serta potensi untuk menduduki jabatan yang lebih tinggi.
- Assessment yang diadakan pada 03 sd. 06 April 2017 ini diperuntukkan bagi Para Kepala Sub Bagian dengan metode Assessment Centre.
- Sejumlah 32 orang Kasubag dan 13 staf mengikuti kegiatan yang diadakan di UNPAR Guest House ini.
